Katrina Jackson

Katrina has full operational accountability of a suite of homecare health services businesses which include CareComplete.

She has been with the organisation for over four years, joining with over 20 years’ experience in management and leadership across a variety of sectors. She is a specialist in business restructure and recovery and start-up projects, leading teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of new contracts, and effective execution of critical performance and compliance metrics.

Katrina holds a Masters Degree in Business (MBA), a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, a Bachelors Degree of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Katrina enjoys long-distance running, hiking, mountain biking and kayaking, having trekked the Kokoda trail in Papua New Guinea, Everest Base Camp in Nepal and the Tour Mt Blanc through France, Switzerland and Italy. Her goal is to trek some of the world icons such as Mt Kilimanjaro and Machu Picchu.

She is passionate about health and diversity and is a board director for an organisation within the field. She is also chair of the Medibank Accessibility and Inclusion Council and one day hopes to write a book.
